How to earn your gift vouchers?
- Encourage your friends and family members to request a home consultation with New Water. They can arrange a consultation using the online consultation form or by calling 1300 552 695
- When you friends or family book a consult they need to quote your name and residential address so we can track the referral
- When your friends or family purchase an eligible product we will send you a FREE $50 gift voucher.
Eligible products include: Any Aqua Reviva bladder tank, Rain Reviva slimline tank, Rain Reviva in-slab tank or Aqua Reviva greywater treatment and recycling system.

1. What is the New Water Customer Referral Program?
The New Water Customer Referral Program gives existing customers the opportunity to refer friends and family to New Water. When you refer a friend or family member and they purchase an eligible product, you will be rewarded with a FREE $50 gift Voucher.

Simply refer your friends and family to New Water and when they purchase an eligible product, we will send you a $50 gift voucher.
3. What New Water products are eligible for the referral program?
Any Rain Reviva bladder tank, Rain Reviva Slimline tank, Rain Reviva In-Slab tank or Aqua Reviva Grey-water treatment and recycling system.
4. Who is eligible for the Customer Referral Program?
To be eligible for the program you must be an existing New Water customer and have purchased a Rain Reviva or Aqua Reviva product. New Water Agents, Franchisees and/or Affiliates are not eligible for the program and cannot receive the $50 gift voucher for referrals. The program is only open to New Water residential customers who have purchased an eligible product.
5. How does the process work?
When your friends or family request a home consultation all they need to do is provide us with your name, email address or postal address. These details identify you as the referrer. Once the person you have referred purchases an eligible product we will then notify you and send you a FREE $50 gift voucher.
6. What happens when your referral forgets to supply New Water with your name and email or postal address?
The person you referred can supply your name and email or residential address to New Water up to 14 days after booking their home consultation. Failure on the part of your friend or family member to provide New Water with your details within the 14 day timeframe will mean that you will not be eligible to receive a gift voucher for the referral.
7. What do you receive for every successful referral?
You will receive a $50 gift voucher for every person referred to New Water that purchases an eligible product.
8. Can you exchange the vouchers for cash?
No, the gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
9. When will I receive the gift voucher?
New Water will send you the gift voucher when the person you have referred to New Water purchases (ie, orders and pays for in full) an eligible product from our range. Remember, the person you are referring must provide New Water with your name and email or postal address when booking in a consultation (or within 14 days of booking it).
10. Is there any limit to the number of vouchers I can earn?
You will receive a $50 gift voucher for every person you refer to New Water that ultimately purchases an eligible product from New Water. There is a limit of one $50 voucher per installation.
11. In the unlikely event of any disputes, how are these handled?
New Water reserves the right to change the Customer Referral Program at any time, and any decision by management is final.
